Prime Bank makes Internet Banking registration more easier, yet more secured
Dhaka, Sunday, April 26, 2020: Prime Bank has made Internet Banking registration more easier for the customers.

The customers now a days are increasingly using digital banking amid COVID-19 lockdown situation. The bank has made the onboarding process more easier and simpler to provide delightful online banking experience to the valued customers.

The customers can avail the Internet Banking service, ALTITUDE, by visiting with only few simple steps that will require less than ten minutes.

With two-factor authentication and SMS verification, ALTITUDE is equipped with the state-of-the-art security features to ensure safety and security of the assets of the customers.

The service will greatly benefit the customers as the most customers now prefer banking from home at the time of countrywide lockdown amid Coronavirus outbreak.

The customers can avail real-time fund transfer between Prime Bank and other bank accounts, pay Prime Bank and other bank credit card bills, make DPDC, DESCO, Metlife and mobile recharge payment.

They can get real-time balance enquiry, download account statement, get details of FDR & Deposit scheme and loan information and many more.

Prime Bank organizes online Press Conference on its 25th anniversary to ensure social distancing
Dhaka, Sunday, April 19, 2020: Prime Bank Limited has organized an online press conference to mark its 25th anniversary.

In view of the present Coronavirus outbreak situation, the bank has held the Meet the Press Webcast through virtual media to maintain social distancing. This is the first online press conference in the banking sector in Bangladesh.

It has been a fabulous journey of 25 years for Prime Bank, partnering the nation in its journey of growth as a leading Bank in the country. Prime Bank had held dearly on to the plans for the bank’s Silver Jubilee celebrations for a long time, but in view of the Covid-19 situation, it has decided to postpone the celebrations. For now, let us defeat this pandemic together through Social Distancing.

The bank’s Managing Director & CEO Rahel Ahmed and senior management officials shared bank’s future plans and answered various questions of the journalists at the press meet on April 19, 2020 which was broadcast live on Prime Bank’s Facebook Page and YouTube Channel.

Prime Bank celebrates International Women’s Day
Dhaka, Wednesday, March 18, 2020: Prime Bank Limited has recently celebrated International Women’s Day reiterating its commitment to women empowerment.

Prime Bank Women’s Network organized an interactive dialogue with participation of valued customers and female employees with the theme ‘The Road to Equality’ in Dhaka on March 9, 2020. Rahel Ahmed, Managing Director and CEO-Prime Bank, moderated the session while Rubaba Dowla, Country Managing Director-Oracle, participated as one of the panelists. Mrs. Nasim Anwar Hossain, Director-Prime Bank, and a number of successful women entrepreneurs were also present.

Women leaders from National Council of Disabled Women, Society for Welfare of Autistic Children and Hicare School also shared their stories at the session.

The inspiring personalities shared the challenges they faced in their professional and entrepreneurial journey and how they overcame all roadblocks through strong self-belief and persistence. The female employees of the bank raised a number of questions while the panelists gave insightful tips on how to strike a balance between professional and personal life and ways to in their career.

Prime Bank inaugurates Mujib Corners
Dhaka, Tuesday, March 10, 2020: Prime Bank Limited has inaugurated four Mujib Corners to pay tribute to Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman on the eve of his birth centenary.

Honourable Chairman of Prime Bank Azam J Chowdhury formally inaugurated the Mujib Corners at the bank's Head Office at Adamjee Court in Motijheel, its Gulshan Office and its Gulshan Branch and on March 9, 2020. The bank's Managing Director and CEO Rahel Ahmed and senior management officials were also present.

The bank has also set up Mujib Corner in Natore. The inauguration of the Mujib Corners at Prime Bank comes as the nation prepares to celebrate the 100th birth anniversary of the great leader on March 17, 2020.

The bank is displaying books, photograph collections and other memorabilia depicting Bangabandhu's life and works at Mujib Corner.

'Prime Bank Town Hall 2020' for Dhaka region was held recently amidst lush greenery at Chef’s Table Courtside in the capital. More than 2300 employees of the Bank spent a fun-filled and interactive day in the presence of the Bank’s Chairman Azam J Chowdhury and Managing Director and CEO Rahel Ahmed. ANM Mahfuz, Head of Consumer Banking Division of Prime Bank and Masudur Rahim, Chief Executive Officer of Clean Fuel filling Station Ltd., exchanged documents after signing an agreement at Prime Bank Head office recently. Prime Bank Cup Golf Tournament Ends
Prime Bank Cup Golf Tournament was successfully ended on Friday, January 31, 2020 followed by the prize giving ceremony at Kurmitola Golf Club. Lieutenant General Sheikh Mamun Khaled, Commandant, National Defence College was present as the chief guest. Vice Chairman of Prime Bank Mafiz Ahmed Bhuiyan and Managing Director & CEO of the Bank Rahel Ahmed were also present as Special Guests.
