Prime Bank increases its real-time trade transaction offerings and customized solutions for its diverse local and global clients to 24 hours a day, 5 days a week for accelerating its communication response time by delivering quick, efficient and timely services around the clock.
Taking into account the differences in working hours of different countries, the 24 hours / 5 days a week trade services will be offered by centralized Trade Services Division of Prime Bank.
Under this arrangement, the usual trade transaction processing will be offered from 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM and query-based customer support will be provided through its dedicated call center from 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM of the following Morning.
