- Birth Registration Certificate, School ID/Receipt of Tuition Fees of the youngster
- NID/Passport/Birth Registration Certificate, E-TIN Certificate (if applicable) of legal guardian & Nominee.
- Income proof document of legal guardian
- Utility bill copy of present residential address (not more than 02 months old)
