- Copy of Valid Passport
- Copy of the Mariner’s Discharge Book
- Letter from local agent confirming next date of joining vessel or current work contract for Bangladeshi crew member working on ocean-going vessels operated by foreign or local shipping companies
- Others Documents:
- Self-attested recent passport size photo (02 copies)
- Proof of Submission of Tax Return (PSR)/E-TIN Certificate (Where Applicable)
- Identity Proof Document: NID/Passport/Birth Certificate of the Nominee(s).
