Eligibility
- Age must be between 25-65 years.
- You must have 03 years of experience in managing the business/service with at least 01 year of direct distributorship relationship with our partnered corporates.
Requirements
- Valid Trade License & Special License to run the business (for example: drug license, environmental certificate etc. where applicable)
- Memorandum & Article of Association of the company including Certificate of incorporation, Notarized partnership deed/registered by SRO or RJSC, Rental Deed of business premises & copy of agreement between partnered corporate & distributor .
- Valid Passport/NID copy & Photograph of the owner(s) and Guarantor(s) & Bank Statement.
- Security/Collateral in the form of,
- Postdated cheques
- Charge on fixed and floating assets of the company with RJSC and Firms (in case of limited company)
- Personal guarantee of the borrower, a family member and 3rd Party
- An undertaking from the distributor / dealer
- All usual charge documents
