Eligibility
- Your business must,
- Have supplying relationship with the debtor/buyer for at least 1 (one) Year.
- Be at least 3 (three) years of business operation in similar type of business
- Deliver products and services to renowned corporate in Bangladesh.
- You must be Bangladeshi and your age must be between 21-65 years with minimum 3 (three) years of experience in the same line of Business/service as an entrepreneur.

- Valid Trade License & Special License to run the business (for example: drug license, environmental certificate etc. where applicable).

- VAT Certificate/BIN
- TIN Certificate
- Business Age Proofing Documents (Old Trade License/Bank Statement/ Rental Deed/others)
- Memorandum & Article of Association of the company including Certificate of incorporation, Notarized partnership deed/registered by SRO or RJSC. (in case of limited company)
- Partnership deed (in case of partnership)
- Bank Statement for last one year (companies’ financial year), other bank’s loan sanction letter & loan statement/performance (if any)
- Customer/Partners Signed Statement of Profit and Loss and Balance sheet
- In case of Private Limited Company: Latest Audited Financial Statement
- Each set of bills and work orders of buyers and agreement copy with the Buyer, if any.
- Valid Passport/NID copy, Photograph & TIN of the Proprietor/Partner/MD/Directors and guarantors.
- Resolution for the loan facility.
- Security in the form of,
- Backed by Payment Assignment Confirmation letter from buyer for each supplier or MOU between Prime Bank Limited and Buyer (existing PBL corporate customer & MNCs).
- 01 (one) PDC covering the full credit limit.
- Hypothecation/charges on fixed and floating/fixed assets.
- 01 PG of Proprietor/All partners/directors, family members.
- 01 (one) 3rd Party Personal Guarantee.
