Requirements
Completed account opening form with,
- Copy of Trade License or other statutory document
- Copy of utility bill or other valid address proofing documents of business premise.
- Copy of valid NID/ Passport/Driving License/acceptable photo ID of Proprietor/ Account Operator.
- Two copies of passport size recent colored photograph of account operator & one copy passport size recent colored photograph of nominee duly signed by Proprietor.
