Eligibility

Requirements
- Valid Trade License & Special License to run the business (for example: drug license, environmental certificate etc. where applicable)
- Memorandum & Article of Association of the company including Certificate of incorporation, Notarized partnership deed/registered by SRO or RJSC.
- Valid Passport/NID copy & Photograph of the owner(s) and Guarantor(s).Bank Statement
- Security/Collateral in the form of,
- Registered mortgage of property/ownership of the space/possession right purchased
- Lien of cash collateral (FDR) and other encashable financial instrument. (as applicable)
- Personal Guaranty of owner (s) and family members.
- 3rd Party Guarantee (for unsecured loan)
