Requirements
- Valid Trade License & Special License to run the business (for example: drug license, environmental certificate etc. where applicable)
- Memorandum & Article of Association of the company including Certificate of incorporation, Notarized partnership deed/registered by SRO or RJSC.
- Valid Passport/NID copy & Photograph of the owner(s) and Guarantor(s) & Bank Statement.
- Security/Collateral in the form of,
- Registered mortgage of property/ownership of rental assets/joint Registration
- Hypothecation of machineries, equipment, vehicles, inventories.
- Lien of cash collateral (FDR/MTDR) and other encashable financial instrument.
